1.         Country Limitations

 

We provide our corporate services to global base but not limited to Hong Kong and Japan. The United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) at the Department of the Treasury administers various economic and trade sanctions. These sanctions prohibit us from sending money to or doing business with certain designated persons and targeted countries.

 

2.         The countries and regions restricted by OFAC are:
 

  1. Iran

  2. North Korea

  3. Syria

  4. Cuba

  5. The region of Crimea – located in Ukraine

     

3.         The following restrictions apply:


Users from OFAC restricted and sanctioned countries cannot access any of our services including our website, and they cannot connect to our website via pointing or name servers domains with the following extensions:
 

  1. Cuba (.cu)

  2. Iran (.ir)

  3. Iran .xn--mgba3a4f16a (.ایران)

  4. North Korea (.kp)

  5. Syria (.sy)

  6. Syria .xn--ogbpf8fl (.سورية)

  7. Libya (.ly)
